TOP SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER –
• The overall scope of this position is to direct the Company’s supply chain operation to maximize sales revenue, decrease costs, reduce inventory and increase throughput. This will include the management of Customer Service, Labels, Sales Operations, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics and Planning. Generally the position will reflect upon the needs and impact of new systems in each of the supply chain areas.

• Bachelor’s degree with majors in areas such as Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business
• Minimum 12- 15 years of progressive supply chain and/or logistics experience
• Minimum of 5 plus years in a Director level position
• Experience in process based industries like food, chemical, or pharmaceutical preferred over discrete parts manufacturing and assembly line
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems
• Certified APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society)
• Experience with the multi-plant manufacturing and distribution network
• Ability to coordinate activities in an integrated team environment with competing priorities
• A proven ability to lead project teams, especially system implementation teams; 10+ years’ experience
